Serbia has always had great individual players, but we needed a coach like Antic to make us more of a team. He always says the right words and knows how to keep everybody happy.” said to Spox.com.

Serbia have been drawn against Germany, Ghana and Australia for the group phase of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa which kicks off in Johannesburg on June 11th 2010. Their experienced players together with their youth are well equipped to progress to the knockout stages of the competition.
